For the past few days, I've been on a HUGE binge of watching the 2004 series The Batman (particularly the Joker episodes 
), and it inspired me to create an OC for the show.
This is Cirque. And (surprisingly) no, she is NOT a Joker sidekick. She's actually a crime fighter.
Joanna "Joey" Karrigan was born and raised in a circus. Her father was the Strongman, her mother an acrobat. She learned everything she knew from them, along with a few other tricks from the other circus performers. Knife throwing, fire breathing, contortion... you name it, she's probably learned it.
She usually uses these skills when taking on bad guys, which has earned her the nickname of "The One-Woman Circus".
As a way to protect her secret identity, Cirque wears a silver-white wig and purple contact lenses to hide her real hair and eye color.
She doesn't always carry her large hammer around with her, either. She tends to change up her weapons every now and again.

You probably drew inspiration from the Circus Freaks from the Ben 10 series for the design. I recall seeing bits and pieces of this outfit in orange, mango and black on the show, especially the tassels which were the "Medusa girl's" hair pieces.
